Certus LLC carries out certification of public catering, hairdressing, spa, catering, car maintenance, laundry, tourism and other services operating in the country.
The process of certification of these services is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, consisting of the following stages:
-Submission of an application for certification and consideration of this application; The application is a form of application for admission to the control system of the certification body. The certification procedure is considered to have started on the day the order is registered with the certification body.
-Conclusion of the contract; During the certification, the customer signs a contract with the certification body, which will then decide on the issuance of the certificate. The contract is drawn up in two copies having the same legal force. One remains with the customer and the other with the certification body.
Filling out forms and delivery of documents describing the service; The customer submits documents reflecting all processes and methods used in the provision of services and fills out the appropriate forms. One of the features of the procedure is that all the necessary documents must be submitted within a pre-determined period. In order to verify the compliance and completeness of the submitted information, the certification body conducts periodic evaluation of the documents. In case of a negative result during the assessment, the customer is informed about all the shortcomings and inconsistencies and is given the opportunity to correct them and submit the final documents.
The inspector audits the documents, inspects the entire service capacity. If minor discrepancies are identified during the audit, the customer is given time to rectify them. The expert prepares a report on the results of the inspection and acquaints the customer with this report. The report is signed by the customer and in case of disagreement is appealed to the certification body.
Service certificate of conformity; The certificate of conformity is issued after the completion of the listed procedures. The certificate is valid for one year and can be extended if the operator achieves a positive result during the annual inspection.
Annual monitoring; Certification involves constant monitoring of compliance with the rules of service procedures. Annual inspection, which includes inspection of documentation and audit of the service, is carried out to confirm compliance.
